Mike has a near-photographic memory for attic layouts, which means he can tell you exactly where your air leaks are before he even climbs the ladder. Off the clock, he rebuilds classic Honda motorcycles in his garage and claims the heat in a Garden Grove attic in August is still worse than a seized engine block. His favorite part of the job: showing a homeowner the before-and-after thermal readings and watching them realize their AC won’t have to fight the attic anymore.
Elena S. – Service Coordinator

Devon T. – Senior Installer, Spray Foam & Radiant Barrier
Devon joined Warmline eight years ago after working in commercial construction, and he’s the person we send when a job calls for spray foam insulation or radiant barrier installation. He’s trained on Icynene and Demilec spray foam systems and has a reputation for clean, precise application, which matters when you’re sealing the roofline of a 1960s Garden Grove ranch house. Devon keeps a written checklist for every job and refuses to leave until it’s complete, which is exactly why we trust him with the Done Right Promise. Jason does the crawl space work most people wouldn’t volunteer for, and he’s meticulous about vapor barrier seams and rodent exclusion points. He grew up in a 1920s bungalow near downtown Garden Grove that had zero insulation when his family moved in, so he knows exactly why this work matters. He’s training to become a full energy auditor, and he’s the one who’ll point out the small things, a gap under the attic hatch, a disconnected bath fan vent, that most people never notice.
