Meet the Garden Grove Team Behind Warmline Insulation Co.

Warmline Insulation Co. has been crawling through Garden Grove attics since 2011, and the crew that shows up at your door is the reason homeowners keep calling us back. We’re a local team, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. Our technicians are background-checked, uniformed, and trained on the specific insulation challenges that Orange County homes face. From stucco walls in West Garden Grove to older tract housing near the 22 freeway, we know these houses because we’ve worked inside hundreds of them. The people below are the ones who’ll actually do the work, and they take the 90-Day Done Right Promise personally.

Our People

Mike R. – Lead Technician, Attic & Crawl Space Specialist

Mike has been with Warmline for eleven years, starting as an apprentice and working his way up to lead technician. He’s our go-to for blown-in insulation and attic air sealing, and he’s certified in Owens Corning and CertainTeed installation systems. Mike has a near-photographic memory for attic layouts, which means he can tell you exactly where your air leaks are before he even climbs the ladder. Off the clock, he rebuilds classic Honda motorcycles in his garage and claims the heat in a Garden Grove attic in August is still worse than a seized engine block. His favorite part of the job: showing a homeowner the before-and-after thermal readings and watching them realize their AC won’t have to fight the attic anymore.

Elena S. – Service Coordinator

Elena is the voice on the phone when you call (657) 213-3642, and yes, she’s a real person answering live, 24/7. She’s been with Warmline for seven years and knows the schedule, the crew’s strengths, and the specific quirks of every service we offer. Elena handles the upfront pricing, walks you through the $89 Seasonal Tune-Up, the $50 Off Any Repair Over $250, and the permanent 5% Senior & Veteran discount, and she’ll tell you honestly whether your situation needs a full audit or a simple fix. She grew up in Garden Grove and can tell you which neighborhoods have the worst rodent-in-attic problems (hint: anywhere with mature trees and older soffits). When she’s not routing trucks, she’s coaching her daughter’s softball team at Westhaven Park.

Devon T. – Senior Installer, Spray Foam & Radiant Barrier

Devon joined Warmline eight years ago after working in commercial construction, and he’s the person we send when a job calls for spray foam insulation or radiant barrier installation. He’s trained on Icynene and Demilec spray foam systems and has a reputation for clean, precise application, which matters when you’re sealing the roofline of a 1960s Garden Grove ranch house. Devon keeps a written checklist for every job and refuses to leave until it’s complete, which is exactly why we trust him with the Done Right Promise. He’s also our resident storm-watcher; he tracks Santa Ana winds like some people track sports scores, because he’s seen what attic dust and loose insulation blows into when the wind kicks up in October. Weekends, you’ll find him fishing at Huntington Beach Pier.

Jason P. – Apprentice Installer & Rodent Proofing Assistant

Jason is the newest member of the crew, with two years at Warmline after finishing trade school in Santa Ana. He works alongside Mike and Devon on insulation removal and replacement, crawl space encapsulation, and attic cleaning, and he’s already earned his certification for Johns Manville blown-in products. Jason does the crawl space work most people wouldn’t volunteer for, and he’s meticulous about vapor barrier seams and rodent exclusion points. He grew up in a 1920s bungalow near downtown Garden Grove that had zero insulation when his family moved in, so he knows exactly why this work matters. He’s training to become a full energy auditor, and he’s the one who’ll point out the small things, a gap under the attic hatch, a disconnected bath fan vent, that most people never notice.

One Standard, Every Job

Every Warmline technician in Garden Grove operates on the same rule: if the work isn’t right, we make it right. That’s not a slogan, it’s a written 90-Day Done Right Promise that Neil Ashford, the owner, put in place when he founded the company in 2011. Neil has crawled through his share of Southern California attics, and he built this team around people who treat a stranger’s house like their own. That means showing up on time, wearing a clean uniform, laying down drop cloths, and walking you through exactly what was done before we leave. Most jobs are completed in a single visit. Our material partners, Owens Corning, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, Johns Manville, Knauf, and GreenFiber, back the quality of what we install, but the installation itself is on us. These four people are the reason the promise holds up.
